  • Fidelity/401K information: Holman Enterprises has partnered with Fidelity Investments to offer the employee 401(k) plan for US employees.  Log onto Fidelity at www.401k.com to set up your account.  Once your account is set up, you will have access to a wide range of innovative resources and insights (ranging from practical education to easy-to-use tools) to help you make informed decisions. These include:
    • Planning & Guidance Center – use to create a retirement plan in minutes
    • Library – use for financial learning resources
    • Contribution Calculator – use to see how increasing your contributions may help your money grow over time.
    • Savings and Spending Checkup – use to see how your savings and spending compare
  • Health Advocate
    • Online Workshops – Health Advocate offers two online workshops. Each is six weeks in duration and worth 25 points after completion:
      • Achieving Financial Wellness – Learn how to create a budget, manage credit and debt, and save money.
      • Furthering Your Financial Wellness – Learn about investing, how to maximize employer benefits, and how to prepare for retirement.
    • Financial Fitness Center – Located in the Health Advocate portal, Financial Fitness Center is an interactive planning tool that creates a guided, personalized action plan based on your financial goals. Financial Fitness Center provides education and information that will help you accomplish any short- or long-term financial goal you may have, from improving a credit score or saving for vacation to paying down credit card debt, buying a house, or preparing for retirement.  This service is also available in Spanish.

 

  • Hands on Banking-This online learning center offered by Wells Fargo Bank offers resources for anyone who wants to learn more about money management. This site features financial articles and self-directed courses to assist with improving financial literacy in each stage of life.  It also features age appropriate teachings for children. This service is also available in Spanish.

 

  • Mint.com– This is a free resource that allows you to create budges, track bills & schedule payments, and monitors your credit score. Mint.com has information regarding banking, investments, insurance, credit, and lending.  Logging onto multiple sites is no longer needed.  Free phone apps are available on Google Play and the App Store.
